I’ve been reflecting a lot about what I don’t like about my pedagogy lately. Recently I began experimenting with ways of refreshing my approach. I learned to manage my sense of failure in the classroom by letting go of trying to cover a lot of content, honoring the knowledge and experience students bring into the classroom, and emphasizing exploration and play.
