Project manager for two major in-house projects: the Mellon funded eMOP (OCR’ing Early Modern Texts) project and ARC (Advanced Research Consortium). Coordinates and implements research and development projects then communicates publicly about them. Manages the preparation and submission of three grants per year, including writing the environmental scans for those grant proposals. Develops initiatives that IDHMC pursues as a center: Digital Donne and the Cervantes Project.
