The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is pleased to invite applications for a range of short-term residential fellowships at the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Library, with its distinguished collection of primary and secondary sources relating to the Revolutionary era, the colonial Chesapeake, African American studies, decorative arts and material culture through 1830, archaeology, architectural history, digital history, 18th-century Williamsburg, and historic preservation. An important component of the work of the Foundation’s Division of Research and Historical Interpretation, fellowships primarily support research on topics related to British America, the American Revolution, and the Early Republic.
