The Communications department is seeking a full-time Digital Media Asset Manager to effectively organize the department’s growing library of photography and video for proactively managing its efficient use in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Asset Manager works closely with media production teams to optimize production workflows, maintain general media catalogs and create and manage project-specific collections. They ensure that internal teams can access and deploy visual assets, often with quick turnaround times. They serve as a resource for teams across the Museum to help staff locate the right visual content and understand how to use it, as well as to raise awareness of what is available in the catalog or to identify gaps.
